What may seem like a minor inconvenience to some feels like it brings your day to a crashing halt. You may lash out at others who ask you how you’re doing, or after going out with friends, you find yourself repeatedly replaying an embarrassing moment over in your head. It feels like your emotions control you if you allow yourself to connect with your feelings, you may never stop crying or yelling.
You’ve tried therapy before, maybe a solution-focused approach like CBT or DBT. And though the coping skills were nice for a while, it felt like digging a hole with a teaspoon. Work together
We create a schedule based on your availability and desired frequency (typically weekly, or bi-weekly sessions). Therapeutic relationships are built on trust and comfortability, which I try to foster from our first meeting and continue to grow as we work and dig in together.

If you live in California, outside of the Twin Cities, or prefer therapy from the comforts of your home, telehealth is always available. A one hour validated parking voucher is offered when parking in Ramp B, or street parking is available.
